Verbena is the restaurant at Villa Figline Valnardo.
Unique to the area, Verbena is vegetarian, focused on handmade pasta and fresh, inventive vegetable dishes. Al fresco dinners begin during the Tuscan sunset and last hours into the night under starry skies.
All restaurant ingredients are sourced from the villa gardens or local farms. Olive oil is pressed on site from the villa’s olive grove.
Verbena’s logo was designed to resemble the vineyard vines, flowing grasses and flowers throughout the villa property.
